How do I register for SMS38?
  1. Go to registration
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Confirm your email
  4. Purchase SMS credits (Stripe or Monri)
  5. You can now send SMS messages
How do I install the Android Gateway?
  1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device
  2. Search for "SMS38 Gateway"
  3. Install the app
  4. Grant all requested permissions
  5. Register the device from the web dashboard
  6. Scan the QR code — it's active!
Why does the app need CALL_PHONE permission?

The app uses CALL_PHONE exclusively to dial USSD codes (e.g. *123#) to query the remaining prepaid balance on the SIM card. This information is shown on the SMS38 dashboard so operators can monitor their gateway devices.

The app does not make regular phone calls, record calls, or access call logs.

Why does the app need SMS permissions?
  • SEND_SMS: To send SMS messages through your SIM card
  • READ_SMS: To read delivery confirmations from your carrier (not personal messages)
  • READ_PHONE_STATE: For device authentication (IMEI, phone number, signal)

Is a refund possible?
  • Delivered SMS cannot be refunded.
  • Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days
  • SMS38 service errors are reviewed individually

How do I delete my account?

Send an email with subject "Account Deletion Request" to info@sms38.info.

All data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

Zašto aplikacija treba CALL_PHONE permisiju?

Aplikacija koristi CALL_PHONE isključivo za biranje USSD kodova (npr. *123#) kako bi dohvatila podatak o preostalom stanju na prepaid SIM kartici. Ova informacija se prikazuje u SMS38 dashboardu radi monitoringa gateway uređaja.

Aplikacija ne upućuje regularne telefonske pozive, ne snima pozive i ne pristupa zapisima poziva.

Zašto trebaju SMS permisije?
  • SEND_SMS: Za slanje SMS poruka kroz vašu SIM karticu
  • READ_SMS: Za čitanje potvrdi dostave od operatera (ne privatne poruke)
  • READ_PHONE_STATE: Za autentifikaciju uređaja (IMEI, telefonski broj, signal)

Što se dešava ako promijenim SIM karticu?

Uređaj će biti automatski deaktiviran. To je sigurnosna mjera.

Za novu registraciju:

  1. Idite na Dashboard → Moji Uređaji
  2. Kliknite "Re-register"
  3. Skenirajte QR kod
  4. Gotovo!
Postoji li mogućnost povrata novca?
  • Isporučeni SMS se ne vraćaju.
  • Refund nekorištenih kredita je moguć u roku od 30 dana
  • Povrat zbog greške SMS38 se razmatra individualno
